Topaz Care and Support Company Limited will at all times endeavour to ensure that support staff achieve and maintain a high standard of performance in their work. To this end it will ensure that standards are established, performance is monitored and support staff are given appropriate training and support to meet these standards.
All our support staff come from a range of ethnic, racial and social backgrounds and speak range of languages. We encourage and support our staff to gain formal qualifications in Care Certificate and QCF levels 2-5 in particular Health & Social Care.
We encourage staff to continue their professional development by providing training to complement formal training.

What happens when you call?
When you call the Employee Assistance Helpline, you’ll be put through to a fully qualified and experienced counsellor. Depending on the reason for your call, they’ll either help you immediately over the phone or, if you need practical support or information, they’ll put you through to a relevant specialist.
